Medifast offers a variety of different vitamin balanced, meal replacement supplements (in the form of shakes, bars, puddings, eggs, soups, etc.) designed to be low-calorie and low-fat.

The meal supplements are formulated to encourage your body to burn fat calories.

Diet Plans for Women Conclusion

Medifast is the most scientifically tested and proven of any diet on the market today. While it doesn’t have the variety of food options as some of the other meal delivery plans, it is one of the least expensive and the food does taste good.
